Diaspora Students Mentoring Services (DMS) is a paid, one-on-one mentorship program for undergraduate students of African descent across North America. Built on leadership development, emotional intelligence, and participatory mentoring practice, DMS helps students navigate university life, build professional networks, and grow into confident, self-directed leaders — while staying grounded in their cultural identity.
